What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Homefront Media LLC is a veteran-owned business in Tecumseh, Oklahoma, run by James Reichenbach. This site is homefront.media. Questions about this policy go to james@homefront.media or 405-230-2148.

What our forms collect

Every form on this site is optional. When you fill one out, we collect only what you type:

• Start a Checkup: your name, business name, phone, email, type of business, what you need help with, and what you tell us about your situation.
• Services and estimates: the services you check, your name, business name, email, phone, and your notes about the job.
• Refer a Business: your name, phone, email and how you know the business, plus the business name, contact name, their phone and email if you give them, city and state, type of business, what they need, and your notes.
• Facebook lead forms: if you reach us through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive what you entered there, usually your name, phone and email.

We also record the date and time you submitted and which page the form was on. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, send an estimate, or set up a Business Checkup.
• To run the referral program: contacting the business you referred, keeping you posted, and paying referral bonuses. Referrers who earn $600 or more in a calendar year will be asked for a W-9 because the IRS requires it.
• To keep a record of inquiries and referrals so nothing gets lost.

That is the whole list. We do not use your information for anything else without asking you first.

Who sees it

James, and the services that run this site: Resend (sends our email), Google (a private spreadsheet where inquiries and referrals are logged), and Vercel (hosts the site). Each one processes the data only to provide that service. We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone else except when the law requires it.

If you refer a business, we will tell that business a referral came in, and we may tell them who referred them so the introduction makes sense. You can ask us not to in the notes.

How long we keep it

As long as we are working with you or might, plus whatever tax and business records law requires us to keep. Ask and we will delete your information unless a legal duty says we must keep it.

Your choices

• Email james@homefront.media to see, correct or delete what we have about you.
• Every email we send you is a plain reply-able email from James. Reply and say stop, and we stop.
• This site works without cookies for tracking. Your browser may store small preferences so pages load faster.

Children

Our services are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
